Love nothing better then a crazy walk, and where better than down a cliff?
We set off in the morning, and I assume people must be hungover from the feria, so it was lovely and quiet - best time to get shots of the monuments just across the road. Slideshow!

We started with nice gentle steps :)
We set out to explore under the old bridge.
The paths were a bit narrower...

And the stairs were just freaky and squeaky... (not sure if you can hear it!)
But the structure is pretty awesome.

And some interesting stuff along the way, including this crazy building built into the rock...endlessly curious now!

Then came the obligatory photos :D

So our full day hike took abouuut.... an hour.
Solution? We scrabbled down the rest of the mountain to fill out the morning.

When we hit the forest, and jumped a gorge (eeeek) we nearly turned back, but we kept coming across these old houses which were totally interesting.

A guy walking back had given up - too difficult without 'gear'.. but five minutes later.
Boom! ROAD!
And we found the real route back up, with more road.
And more road...
A major flash of white!
And even more road... (sorry boring myself!)
Oh a post! It has a nice view behind :)
ANNND finally we found the old city walls again.
Looks like the last wall standing.

We got the hike we asked for, majorly, in a 'can't go on any further' kind of way.
The views were spectacular.
