Our balcony houses an old rusty looking BBQ which I was totally determined to use before it got too cold.
We totally picked the windiest day possible! We tried about five BBQ positions before settling on the distinct possibility of setting fire to the plants as the best option.
Green burgers - just due to the full endorsement and massive recommendations from my Mum as we couldn't find them in Rhonda. - They turned out to be herby chicken!
I think it all stayed on the BBQ well over an hour, but once there was some heat in the coal it roared!
So BBQ puddings are not much heard of as far as I know.
Time to get inventive. There was no point in wasting the BBQ that was FINALLY properly going.
(I am now totally aware this dress has shrunk, but my choices are increasingly limited :) AND I don't care ha)
Food with a view is always best :)
