Happy Easter!

Easter here is very much a family day on Easter Sunday, and a friends day on the Monday.

So on the Sunday we went to see Tony and his Crew at the restaurnant! It was amazing. They had put up a gazebo, and lovely tables out in the back terrace. It was almost liek a wedding. Large tables with large families made for a great atmosphere.

The food was amazing, and we had no idea what was coming as we didn;t know the menu. We have a good chat with Tony. He was making his rounds around the tables and we were not sure if he would come to us as we are not from the village, but he did and stayed much longer (we got a second round of lemon cream too ;)).

It was perfect, and hopefully a family Easter will one day be a tradition at home with the family.

The Monday is friends day apparently. We were invited to a BBQ with our hosts, Roberto and Chiara. They have a beautiful new home with a stunning garden. LOVE this, want one please Santa.

Lunch was good steak! And I have learned the value of putting oil on bread and rubbing a garlic clove over it. Healthier garlic bread - yum!

Their little dog is super cute, and the company was great.

We went for a walk to a nearby town. It was much busier than expected, so we kept it short.

But there is always time for ice cream :)

Happy Easter!

Much Love
